Jackson M. Doggette, Jr. is introduced by Marcia Armstead. He addresses the topic, “MAN: God’s Designated Leader.”

In this discourse Dr. Doggette presents six principles of leadership germane to a man:

• Man is responsible
• Man makes his family his top priority
• The man is the leader of the home
• The man is the provider and protector for the home
• The man is a change agent in the community
• The man is the high priest in his home

He discusses some Biblical teachings that have become controversial issues between some husbands and wives such as submission, equality, and compromise.

Participants learn that submission is not about equality. It is about responsibility and accountability.
